We joined the air cargo initiative in response to the call for action from the Turkish and Syrian embassies, requesting assistance in the face of the catastrophe caused by the earthquake in these regions.
In order to channel humanitarian aid and facilitate its arrival to the affected areas, different logistic organizations, including Foro MADcargo, have agreed to coordinate and make it possible. With the Turkish Embassy leading the file; Turkish Airlines, the country’s airline, will ship free of charge; Ireneo and Cotransa have made their warehouses available; and ATML will act as Customs Broker for the export. BSD Logistic, Kerry Logistics, GENAIR, BDP International and TK Transport have also joined the company.
The joining of logistical forces will take place on the Usyncro platform, which will make it possible to coordinate and give visibility to all the actors involved in the collection and shipment of material.
Other volunteers will be able to join either by offering their services in a disinterested way, or by sending donations through the following collection points:

MATERIAL SHIPMENT:
- It is imperative that donations are packed and sealed in a box and if possible the contents should be indicated with permanent marker on the carton itself so that they can be properly categorized.
- Please send hazardous, flammable or restricted materials such as sprays, batteries or batteries, as these goods will pass through controls and could paralyze all donations and aid.
LIST OF SUGGESTED MATERIAL:
- WINTER CLOTHING (ADULTS AND CHILDREN): coats, raincoats, boots, sweaters, pants, gloves, scarves, hats, socks, underwear.
- OTHERS: Tent, bed, mattress (for tent), blankets, sleeping bags, thermos, flashlights, food package (non-perishable and canned food), milk or baby formula, diapers, cleaning materials and intimate hygiene, sanitary napkins.
